By accessing and using Mayal Organics, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Vendor Terms
Vendors agree to list only genuine products, maintain accurate stock levels, fulfill orders promptly, and comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations. Mayal Organics charges an 8% commission on all sales made through the platform.
4. Buyer Terms
Buyers agree to provide accurate delivery information, make payments promptly, and resolve disputes through our platform dispute resolution process before seeking external remedies.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Paystack or direct bank transfer. Mayal Organics is not responsible for any losses arising from payment fraud. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their payment details are accurate.
6. Returns and Refunds
Return and refund policies are set by individual vendors. Buyers should contact the vendor directly for return requests. Mayal Organics may mediate disputes between buyers and vendors when necessary.
7. Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from listing counterfeit or illegal products, engaging in fraudulent transactions, harassing other users, or attempting to circumvent platform fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
Mayal Organics acts as a marketplace and is not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by vendors. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
